Delivery Areas
We ship throughout South Africa.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 2–5 working days (major centres)
- Outlying areas: 5–7 working days
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- R50 per jar for the greater Cape Town area, R100 per jar for other areas
- Free delivery: Automatically applied to all orders of 3 or more products
- Bulk or wholesale orders may incur custom delivery charges (we’ll contact you in advance)
Courier Partners
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Delivery is door-to-door and requires a signature on receipt.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange free collection and offer a replacement, credit note, or refund—your choice.
How to Return an Item
- Email orders@disabiological.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorisation and courier instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind)
- DISA Biological covers shipping for defective or incorrect items
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not accept walk-in returns. All returns must be logged and authorised via email.
- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method (e.g. card, EFT).
