The extract is completely natural and organic, and is sustainably produced using environmentally friendly processes. It externally certified by SANAS accredited laboratories, and is guaranteed pesticide and heavy metal free.

About
Dr Clive Garcin received a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Cape Town and has subsequently done extensive research into various aspects of table olive and olive oil processing with South Africa’s largest olive producers.
He developed a process for recycling table olive brine effluent, and has an ongoing interest in the treatment and utilisation of the various byproducts generated by the industry.
His other main interest is in the beneficial aspects of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, wherein the olive polyphenols feature prominently. He is the founder of the Disa Scientific research laboratory, and subsequently Disa Biological which focuses exclusively on the olive biophenols.
